Australian Domestic Shipping

All Bend of Isles jewels are hand made in Melbourne. Solid gold pieces are made to order so please leave up to 2 weeks on top of shipping time for your piece to arrive as we make it specially for you. If you need a piece in a rush please email hello@bendofisles.com and we will see what we can do. 

We have 3 shipping options available:

Express Shipping

Expected delivery time for orders within Australia metropolitan areas is 1-2 business days. Rural areas can take between 3-4 business days for delivery. A flat rate of $13.00 will apply. 

Express Shipping with Signature

Expected delivery time for orders within Australia metropolitan areas is 1-2 business days. Rural areas can take between 3-4 business days for delivery. A flat rate of $15.00 will apply. 

Parcel Post

Expected delivery time for orders within Australia metropolitan areas is 3-6 business days. A flat rate of $10.00 will apply.

International Shipping

All international orders will be delivered via Australia Registered Post International, which takes 6-10 business days from dispatch to delivery. A flat shipping rate of AUD$25.00 applies to all international orders.

Please note that your order is not inclusive of any taxes, duties or charges that may be applied when your package reaches your country.  Please make yourself aware of any charges that may apply before purchasing your jewels.

 

How is my order packaged?

All jewellery items are packaged in an organic cotton/linen pouch inside a custom hand made jewellery box made from FSC certified mix paper.

Each order will be sent in a custom Bend of Isles mailer box made from 100% FSC certified cardboard. There is no plastic used in our packaging.

 

Returns

Before any action can be taken with a return for product deemed faulty please email us at hello@bendofisles.com from there we will be able to figure out the best solution for your issue. 

Please choose your piece carefully, as we will not offer return for ‘change of mind’.

Bend of Isles jewellery has sustainability as a core value and therefore encourages repairs of broken jewellery. Free repairs (excluding postage and handling fees) are offered on pieces deemed damaged due to poor craftsperson-ship. Anything beyond fair wear and tear can be repaired for a small fee mutually agreed on by us and the customer.

We do offer a re-plating service. Please contact us at hello@bendofisles.com to receive a quote for re-plating. Lead times for re-plating are 5-6 weeks.

The customer is to cover the shipping cost to return the item.
